DIRECTIONS FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Upon leaving Orlando Airport, follow the sign for the South exit to Kissimmee (417).  Stay in this lane and this will take you around behind the airport.  You will make a right turn (South) onto 417 (Central Florida Greeneway) towards TAMPA/DISNEY.  This is a toll road and you will need approximately $3.00 in US currency.  Continue on 417 for approximately 17.5 miles until you reach the exit for I-4 on the LEFT.  Take the exit onto I-4 heading West towards TAMPA.  Continue WEST on I-4 until you reach exit 55.  Take exit 55 onto Hwy 27, heading NORTH towards CLERMONT.  Continue on Hwy 27 for approximately 5 miles and then turn LEFT onto Sand Mine Road.  Turn right into the Publix Shopping Center and look for the Welcome Homes office on the left (next to ERA Select International).

DIRECTIONS FROM SANFORD AIRPORT

Exit the airport onto Airport Blvd.  Turn LEFT (heading SOUTH) on Sanford Avenue and follow the signs for 417 SOUTH (Central Florida Greeneway) towards ORLANDO.  This is a toll road and you will need approximately $6.00 in US currency.  Continue on 417 for approximately 50 miles until you reach the exit for I-4 on the LEFT.  Take the exit onto I-4 heading West towards TAMPA.  Continue WEST on I-4 until you reach exit 55.  Take exit 55 onto Hwy 27, heading NORTH towards CLERMONT.  Continue on Hwy 27 for approximately 5 miles and then turn LEFT onto Sand Mine Road.  Turn right into the Publix Shopping Center and look for the Welcome Homes office on the left (next to ERA Select International).

DIRECTIONS FROM 528 (BEACHLINE)

Take the 528 to the exit for I-4.  Merge onto I-4 WEST via the exit on the LEFT toward TAMPA/DISNEY.  Continue WEST on I-4 until you reach exit 55. Take exit 55 onto Hwy 27, heading NORTH towards CLERMONT.  Continue on Hwy 27 for approx 5 miles, then turn LEFT onto Sand Mine Rd.  Turn right into the Publix Shopping Center and look for the Welcome Homes office on the left (next to ERA Select International).

DIRECTIONS FROM FLORIDA TURNPIKE/OSCEOLA PARKWAY

Take the Turnpike until the Osceola Parkway exit.  If you are coming from I-75 you will need to turn right (WEST) onto Osceola Parkway.  If you are coming up from Miami, you will need to turn LEFT (WEST) onto Osceola Parkway.  Continue on Osceola Parkway through the toll-booth (toll is $1.50) until you reach the exit for I-4 WEST.  Merge onto I-4 WEST and continue until you reach exit 55.  Take exit 55 onto Hwy 27, heading NORTH towards CLERMONT.  Continue on Hwy 27 for approx 5 miles, then turn LEFT onto Sand Mine Rd.  Turn right into the Publix Shopping Center and look for the Welcome Homes office on the left (next to ERA Select International).
